Flat Belly Foods

We’ve all heard the hype surrounding Flat Belly Foods, right? The promises that eating a specific set of foods will result in a perfectly toned set of abs without any additional work (aka: exercise!). Although the “no exercise” part of that promise is decidedly not true (sorry, ladies! You’ll have to work for those prized abs), there is an element of truth to this theory. Just as there are foods that will cause bloat and thus make you look bigger than you are – there are also foods that fight bloat, hence keeping the belly flat.

These magical foods work effectively with your digestive system, reducing water retention that causes bloat. As a bonus, they also stave off cravings, boost your metabolism, and help keep you feeling fuller for longer.
