Look, you just can’t get long-lasting, mind-blowing results overnight.

But you can switch up your routine every once in a while to either target train or accelerate your results.  I know this is especially important if you’ve got an important event or vacation coming up and you want to look and feel your best.

It’s super important to have BALANCE in your fitness routine and work your entire body, but this little routine is a great 7-day focus on your core because who doesn’t want to target those pesky love handles?

Just remember, you probably don’t want to follow this schedule for more than 7 days for the sake of keeping a balanced routine.  Start back to alternating your workouts as usual next week!

WEDNESDAY: Rest

THURSDAY: Shaun Week: 25 Abs

FRIDAY: Core de Force: Core Kinetics

SATURDAY: Rest

SUNDAY: T25: Ab Intervals
