21 Day Fix Meal Plan

I started the 21 Day Fix recently, which meant a whole new learning curve of new meal plans and exercise regimes. While the color-coded portion control system is extremely useful, it can also be confusing at first. As a busy girl on the go, I don’t have time to mess with cooking every single day (nor do I want to!), so I devised a meal plan that is easy to prepare in advance and even easier to stick with.

Meal Plan IMG

My meal plan is for 1200 calories, so you will need to adjust accordingly if you require more calories. Combined with 30 minutes of daily exercise, I’ve actually managed to lose 3 lbs in just the first week! 🙂

You can download the 1200 Calorie Meal Plan here, as well as a Grocery Shopping List and the Tally Sheet, which will make your planning & prep a total breeze. Not to mention, these meals are pretty dang delicious! But don’t just take my word for it – check out the recipes below and taste for yourself 🙂

Banana Oat Pancakes
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Steel Cut Oats
Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
Lemon-Dijon Dressing
Turkey Meatballs
Grandma’s Tomato Sauce
Grilled Lemon Chicken

So tasty you won’t notice it's good for you!
