So you’ve bought your copy of 21 Day Fix Extreme and you’re not really sure where to go from here. The workout program promises to completely redefine your portion control habits, as well as whip you into shape in a short 21 days – but what’s the deal with all those little containers? How do you figure out what you can and can’t eat, and still stay within the diet so you get the best results? Fear not, I’m here to help you navigate your way through the meal plan of this awesome fitness program.

First, I’ve created a shopping list to help with choosing what foods work with the meal plan, as well as the appropriate container. This makes it a little easier to determine that you need, say, 5 reds 🙂

Next, download this 21 Day Fix Tally Sheet to help you plan your meals to make sure that you are getting the correct number of each color.

Finally, here’s a sample meal plan for one day, just to give you an idea of how the portion sizes and color containers work 🙂
